Welcome to 6ixDrive! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application ("App"), website ("Website"), and related services ("Services") provided by 6ixDrive ("we," "us," "our").
By creating an account or using our Services in Pakistan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use 6ixDrive.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to enter into contracts under the laws of Pakistan. By using our Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. User Accounts
You must register with accurate and current information (e.g., name, phone number, and payment details).
You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account.
Any unauthorized use must be reported to us at [email protected] immediately.
3. Services
6ixDrive provides a technology platform that connects passengers ("Users") with independent drivers ("Drivers") for transportation services within Pakistan.
We do not own or operate vehicles.
All transportation is provided by independent, third-party Drivers, not by 6ixDrive.
4. Booking and Payment
Ride fares are calculated based on distance, estimated time, local demand, and other factors.
Payments are made through the App using the available methods (cash, card, or mobile wallets).
Cancellation fees may apply if you cancel after a driver has accepted your request.
Additional fees (e.g., waiting charges, cleaning fees) may apply.
5. Driver and Passenger Conduct
All Users and Drivers must behave lawfully and respectfully during rides:
No harassment, abuse, or violence
No discrimination based on race, religion, gender, or ethnicity
No illegal activities, including possession or use of drugs
Violation may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.
6. Insurance and Liability
6ixDrive does not provide insurance coverage for Users, Drivers, or vehicles.
Drivers are solely responsible for maintaining valid vehicle insurance as required by Pakistani law.
We are not responsible for personal injury, property damage, theft, or loss occurring during or as a result of rides booked via our platform.
7. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
User Cancellation: You may cancel a ride without charge if done before a driver accepts.
Late cancellations after driver acceptance may result in fees.
No-Show: If you fail to appear at the pickup location, charges may apply.
Driver Cancellation: Drivers may cancel due to safety concerns or other valid reasons.
8. Payment Disputes
If you believe you were incorrectly charged, you must contact [email protected] within 7 days.
We will investigate and aim to resolve disputes in a fair and timely manner.
All fare adjustments are final once reviewed.
9. Ratings and Reviews
After each ride, Users and Drivers may rate and review each other.
Low ratings may result in temporary or permanent account deactivation.
Fake, offensive, or fraudulent reviews are prohibited.
10. Privacy and Data Use
We value your privacy. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your personal information.
By using 6ixDrive, you consent to our privacy practices.
11. Limitation of Liability
6ixDrive is not responsible for accidents, delays, injuries, or property damage arising from services provided by independent Drivers.
We do not guarantee the availability or timeliness of rides.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the disputed ride.
12. Disclaimers
Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Use of our platform is at your own risk.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations, illegal activity, or misuse of our platform.
You may close your account anytime through the App or by contacting support.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the App or Website. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Karachi/Lahore/Islamabad, Pakistan.
