- Personal Info: Name, phone number, email address, profile picture.
- Location Data: We collect precise or approximate location data from your mobile device if you enable us to do so. This is required for drivers to receive ride requests and for passengers to track their drivers.
- Device Data: We automatically collect device information (such as your IP address, device characteristics, operating system, and app version).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect or receive:
- To facilitate account creation and logon process.
- To connect drivers and passengers for ride-hailing services.
- To track rides for safety and quality assurance.
- To respond to user inquiries/offer support to users.
3. Will Your Information Be Shared With Anyone?
We only share information with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with services, to protect your rights, or to fulfill business obligations. For example, a driver will see the passenger's pickup/dropoff location, name, and profile picture during a ride.
4. Location Data Specifics
6ixDrive uses background location tracking for Drivers to ensure passengers can find nearby drivers and track them in real-time. This location data is securely transmitted to our servers via WebSockets only when the driver is marked as "Online". We do not track driver locations when they go "Offline".
5. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
